Description
The video course is intended for both beginners in yoga and practitioners. During the course, you will be shown the technique of performing standing poses, stretching the spine and legs that prepare for forward bends, and the bends themselves. The course also deals with examples of the main mistakes, and how to fix them so as not to harm yourself.
